Lizzie Fortunato and Decade Diary have done it again. First they created this lip print clutch (one of my favs!), and now this gorgeous embroidered flamingo clutch. It's quirky, cute and beautifully crafted. Make sure to also check out their safari clutch with a single flamingo. Fingers crossed they collaborate again- I just can't get enough!

The other beauty here is the Darby bracelet. The leather strap and gold plate embellished with onyx studs make it such a clean and chic statement piece.

Absolutely SMITTEN with my new Lizzie Fortunato embroidered lip print clutch! What makes this clutch so special to me, besides the cute print + luxe leather (navy front + light pink back), is that it was made in collaboration with one of my favorite illustrators- Bernadette Pascua.

Bernadette runs one of my favorite blogs, Decade Diary. Not only does she create gorgeous fashion-inspired art, but she is an amazing stylist as well. Don't even get me started on her apartment + her personal style (here + here).

Super pumped about the relaunch of Who What Wear! The redesign is super sleek + has lots of new features. How cute is their LOVE tee + lipstick to celebrate?! I thought they'd go perfect with cat-eye sunglasses, skinny black jeans + statement heels.

My favorite rings. Yellow gold, delicate + dainty.
Below are the details on each (second photo- from left to right, then center)...

+ Victorian Halo Pavé Diamond Ring: Found this beauty on Ebay from Peter Suchy Jewelers.
The moment I saw it, I fell in love with the floating design. They also have this art deco stunner... it kinda reminds me of Angelina Jolie's engagement ring.

+ Gold 'Oui' Ring: After a failed hunt for the original Dior ring last year, I came across this version on Etsy from Street Bauble. Check my original post on it here.

+ My Engagement Ring: A vintage solitaire diamond set in platinum with a yellow gold band.
It was inspired by my great-grandmother's diamond ring. Since I was little, I adored hers- it was classic + simple, so I knew I wanted the same. Love how well it goes with my other rings.

+ Jacquie Aiche Diamond Waif Bezel Ring: Cutest lil thing. I got this ring in a smaller size so I could wear it as a pinky ring or as a knuckle ring.

Last night, my father passed away after battling cancer for almost four years.
He's had three close calls, but this time it happened + I am heartbroken.

With the exception of a post I had already prepared for tomorrow, I am going to be taking a short break from blogging to be with my family. I mentioned to someone earlier that blogging has always served as a great distraction, so I will definitely be back at it soon.

In honor of my dad, I urge you to take a moment to consider donating your stem-cells to help cure or even just help prolong the lives of others suffering from cancer + other diseases. While my father's stem cell transplant from a donor did not cure his cancer, it gave him another precious year to be with us + we couldn't be more thankful.
