So Claire's best friend, and occasional stalker, has been chosen! Simon is going to be played by Robert Sheehan, the tall guy with the curly hair in the picture above.
...And he looks nothing like I pictured Simon to be!
I know Robert, it's sad. I just pictured Simon differently, but alas Mrs. Cassandra Clare says that you have good chemistry with the other actors so who am I to judge? Plus, you look like you could potentially grow on me. Specially if you play your cards right in the movie.
Cassandra Clare's comment:
"He’s totally cute and adorable and HILARIOUS, and his chemistry with Lily and Jamie is off the charts," she wrote. "I’ve wanted him for Simon for ages so I am pretty much totally and entirely happy."
Hmmm I don't know if I should be listening to the person who, for the most part, ruined one of my favorite series, but he does look kind of cute. I'll give him a shot.
